Landmark Retirement Village Close to Windsor

​

Working closely with Gaunt Francis Architects, Tier Consult, SVM, Quartz Project Services and Audley Retirement, Soltys Brewster provided full landscape design services from landscape concept design to final delivery, following novation to Balfour Beatty, of the two phases of this Landmark Retirement Village. Initial design services commenced in 2016 with phase 2 completion in 2020, the practice designed and detailed all hard and soft public realm and the immediate landscape setting for the village, which is set within the partially redeveloped 66 acres of parkland grounds of the Magna Carta Park Estate.
