Soltys Brewster assisted Nicholas Pearson Associates with the £2million restoration of the first urban public park in Northern Ireland to receive HLF funding and second largest park in Ireland. Works included a replacement sports pavilion; new children’s play area; repairs to historic park, infrastructure and specialist restoration of a listed cast fountain and entrance gates. Soltys Brewster also assisted with the formulation of a Community Plan Park Manager appointment.
