Soltys Brewster prepared the documentary research, evidence, designs, cost plans, restoration plans and management plans, providing lead consultant services from initial site appraisal through to Principal Contract Administrator of the successfully implemented restoration. Proposals provided for the replacement of the long lost bandstand, park managers building, sports and play provision and total refurbishment of the park infrastructure.
